This historic one-bedroom casita has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof. It is perfectly situated just behind the Railyard Historical District only one block from the famous Guadalupe Church. Agua Fria Bosque Casita is within walking distance to the Plaza, and one block from the Railyard where you can find great shopping, activities and of course amazing food! The railyard is home to Santa Fe's only Farmers Market!
King bed, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown retreat!
***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.

We came to Santa Fe from Texas for the cooler weather, and we enjoyed our patio, especially in the morning and evening. It has comfortable chairs for reading and a table and 4 chairs for dining outdoors. The kitchen is very modern and well-stocked, and the bathroom is comfortable; both have been tastefully remodeled.

We have been on a three-week road trip, and having a place to stay that was not a traditional hotel was a needed change. The unit is nicely furnished, supplied with everything needed, and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the open floor plan and the outdoor patio area. The patio is surrounded by a wall and gated, which made it easy for our Havanese to enjoy the space with us. The designated parking space is a plus as well. The Santuario Compound is within walking distance of restaurants, the Railyard, and about seven blocks from the plaza. The neighborhood is residential, and we felt very safe.

Thank you! As a couple traveling with a dog, we loved the amount of space provided I'm this lovely 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen included nice fixtures, a comfortable bed, luxurious bath, and it was very well located to experience downtown Santa Fe. Clean, well appointed, great location.
